Ordering Information

1. You can place an order online, or by email, post, fax or telephone. We will contact you to confirm price and shipping, issue your invoice and arrange payment.
   
   
2. Please don't include your credit card details with your order - see Payment Method below. We only need to know: your full name, email address, street address, contact telephone number, and the items you wish to order.

Dispatch

We will usually dispatch your order the same day, and in any case within 2 working days from confirmation of purchase, subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is not available from stock, you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order. We replenish our local stock from the manufacturer within 7 to 10 working days.
